Welcome to Nara Studio.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nara Studio.

Nara Studio operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the Services). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

1. Access & Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

2. Products & Information

We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen, or settings.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general guidance only. We do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations beyond what is required under Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or amended except as required by law.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

As Nara Studio is not registered for GST, prices do not include GST.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Promotions and offers are subject to specific terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Nara Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

“Nara Studio” and associated branding are trademarks of Nara Studio.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. All transactions are made directly between you and Nara Studio.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or services purchased through our store, and you release Shopify from any related claims.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for business and marketing purposes.

You warrant that your feedback is lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify Nara Studio against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
