Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched.

We offer shipping via Standard, Express and Same-day local delivery options at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30 AUD
Standard Shipping Flat Rate AUD 8: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes reflect those provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Same-Day Local Delivery

Available for eligible inner and middle-eastern Melbourne suburbs.

Cost: Free local delivery on all orders from $30.00.
Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Monday to Friday for same-day evening drop-off. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following business day.
How it works: Our system will automatically check your eligibility at checkout based on your distance. If you are within our local delivery zone, you will see the "Nara Express: Same-Day Local Delivery" option appear.
Delivery Conditions: All local deliveries are strictly Authority to Leave (ATL). Your package will be left in a safe place at your doorstep or mailbox, and our team will send a confirmation message once dropped off.
