• Shipping & Delivery

  We ship with Australia Post across Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations.

  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders over $50 AUD, or $8 AUD for orders under $50 AUD. Same-day local delivery is also available to eligible Melbourne suburbs.

• Return Policy

  For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@narastudio.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs so we can assist you.

  Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

• What sizes do you offer?

  Our grip socks are available in one flexible size designed to comfortably fit:

  EU 36–40 / AU & UK 3–7 / US 5.5–9.5

• How do I care for my socks?

  Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colours. Turn your socks inside out before washing and lay them flat to air-dry.

  Do not tumble-dry, iron, bleach or dry-clean. Avoid fabric softener, as heat and harsh products can affect the fabric and silicone grip over time.
