How do I choose my grip sock size?
Our grip socks are one-size-fits-all and designed to fit women’s sizes EU 36–40 / AU & UK 3–7 / US 5.5–9.5. For any fit questions before ordering, please contact us at hello@narastudio.com.au.
How should I care for my grip socks?
Machine wash cold with similar colours and allow them to air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and tumble drying to help protect the fibres and grip.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free on orders over AU$60, or AU$8 below that threshold.
We ship from Melbourne, and standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
What's the difference between dual grip, double grip and dual-sided grip socks?
Nothing — they're different names for the same idea: silicone grip on the outside of the sock (against the mat or reformer) and the inside (against your own foot), instead of the sole only. You'll see this called dual-sided grip, dual grip, double grip or dual-direction grip depending on who's talking about it.
At Nara Studio, this is our HiddenGrip™ and HiddenGrip™ EXTRA technology — silicone inside and out, so your sock stops moving against your foot, not just against the floor.
